9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before any legal action, contact us at [email protected] to resolve disputes informally.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Louis, Missouri under AAA rules. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTIONS.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by written notice to our address below.

Governing Law: Missouri law governs these Terms.

Time Limit: You must file any claim within ONE (1) YEAR or it's permanently barred.
